Dowling and Pemberton recently graduated from a 12-week basic training course at the Monmouth County Fire Academy in Howell Township. They are now state certified firefighters.

Booker is a former member and is already a state certified firefighter.

We are very fortunate to have these dedicated men in the company, said Fire Company President Michael Evans. Its great to have Booker back in the company and Dowling and Pemb erton grew up around the firehouse, so all three know the operation.

Dowling, the son of Fire Commissioner Alan Dowling is the first cadet to attend the Fire Academy to become a regular member.

Pemberton is the son of former Fire Chief James Pemberton Sr. and the brother of Fire Captain James Pemberton Jr.
