An Ocean Township man was arrested Nov. 8 on Rustic Drive and charged with resisting arrest and underage possession and consumption of alcoholic beverages following a domestic violence incident.
Police said at approximately 1 a.m. Nov. 8 Jesse Chin returned to the scene of a domestic violence incident and was attempting to force his way into an apartment on Rustic Drive.
When police arrived he was found hiding in the vestibule of the apartment next door.
During the course of the arrest the accused resisted and was uncooperative with officers. He continued to resist officers during the arrest process, police said.
Bail was set at $2,500.
