Asbury Park teen held in $1.5 million bail in death of Neptune woman

A 19-year-old city woman was charged by Asbury Park police with the murder last week of Latyria M. Nealy of Neptune.
If convicted Nikki Moore faces a maximum sentence of life imprisonment with a 30 year parole ineligibility period.
