A proposed 56-unit condominium complex at the entrance to Ocean Grove will be dismissed at the Board of Adjustment’s April 4 meeting, according to Administrative Officer Rose Havey.
Havey said Regal Homes, the developer, wanted to adjourn the proceedings indefinitely, but the board’s attorney, Monica Kowalski said the item would have to be dismissed by the board with the developers submitting a new application.
