Tuesday was the opening day of the Mae Murphy State Tournament, the first shuffleboard tournament of the season, and the Ocean Grove club was struggling.

Mayor Vows To Appeal

Surrounded by a crowd of supporters who made the trip from Hudson County to Bradley Beach for his trial, Jersey City Mayor Jerremiah Healy vowed to appeal Judge John Colanninos decision which found him guilty of disorderly conduct and obstructing justice.

Asbury Park to Host Newark Film Festival at Baronet

Revolution 67 will play at the Baronet Theatre in Asbury Park June 29 as part of the Newark Black Film Festival.

The Newark Black Film Festival, produced by the Newark Museum in conjunction with the Monmouth County Arts Council, has added Asbury Park to its venues.

ExpressCare Health Center To Host Neptune Grand Opening

ExpressCare is hosting a grand opening and ribbon-cutting at its newest location in ShopRite supermarket, Route 66, Neptune June 30 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Special guests will include Phil Simms, CBS Sports Commentator, and Frank Bisignano, chief administrative officer at JP Morgan Chase,
The official ribbon cutting will take place at 11 a.m.
