Asbury Park firefighters carried out an injured worker from the Esperanza on the Asbury Park beachfront Tuesday. The fire department responded to an 8:15 report of an injured construction worker. Patrick Davis, 41, of Asbury Park was working on a ladder when he fell approximately 6 feet, Fire Official Garrett Giberson said. Materials that were being constructed also fell onto him. Davis complained of pain throughout his body due to the fall. Davis was transported to Jersey Shore University Medical Center for treatment.
