Richard V. is a colleague of mine, okay, so thats part of it. And I live on a whole other coast, so seeing sunrises over the water would be a big appeal toobut, more than that, many of the people there seem intriguing. Like they should be characters in great but little-read novels.

Im trying to decide when the best time is to visit. Not summer (too many beach distractions, and good weather kind of makes me less attentive.) And not winteror no, wait, maybe winter
