Team “Swenarstad, is a group of local friends who competed for the seventh year in the Jersey Shore Relay to benefit Special Olympics. The relay is a 26.2 mile run from Seaside Heights to Asbury Park and was held Sat., April 19. Logan M. Pother, 4, of Wall Township went fishing recently with his dad and caught this five-pound rainbow trout on power bait. The big fish was weighed at Scotts Bait and Tackle in Bradley Beach.

Katie Valencia, a freshman at Neptune High School, is pictured with some of her art work at the Writing and Art Exposition held recently at the high school. She is the wrestling manager at the high school and takes photographs of the team.
