Obama vs McCain – Whats your take on that match-up?
Richard Kernan, Avon & Steve Hofer, Brielle

We both like McCain. He has the experience; the most qualified for the job.
Obama and Hillary have chopped up each other in too long of a battle with no winner.
Robert L. Gordon, Asbury Park
Its a 50-50 thing. I think they are both equally qualified.
I think McCain reminds me of the Reagan years. Of course, Im 71 and I might be biased because hes (McCain) 71.
Obama will have his time.

I think thats its going to be a close race.
I think Obama will have an edge if he can communicate and connect with the blue collar worker.
Obama appeals to the youth and has bought a new generation of voters into politics.

I like Obama. I think hes genuine. He comes across as honest – not jaded. Im not all that politically minded.
I will watch some debates and make my final decisions after that.

I like McCain. Hes just to the right of center. Hes a decorated war veteran. I think hes going to know how to get us out of Iraq without getting any more of own troops killed.
Hes more of a peoples man.
Hes a little more believable. He has both feet on the ground.

We like Obama.
We admire John McCain, but we think his policies are too much like what we have now.
We need a change.

We think McCain is far too old to relate to the younger generation. We dont think Obama has the experience as of yet, but we like him, and we like his policies.
