What was your most memorable summer?
Jennifer Cancro w/ Matthew and Christian, Ocean Grove

This is our first summer here in Ocean Grove and we’re real excited about it. We like the beach here, the people are nice. We party every night. We play games on the beach.
We think this is going to be our most memorable summer. 2008 in Ocean Grove.

I have so many, I don’t know where to start! I’ll say it was when I went to Venezuela to visit my family. I got to stay at their personal resort. I went horseback riding, listened to the gorillas in the forest.
It was beautiful there. It was out of a movie.

There were so many they’re all excellent on the Jersey Shore.
My favorite beach is the Grove. I’m a Grover. I stay local.
I like mom’s front yard because she’s 50 feet from the beach.

My favorite summer would have been 1971 when my brother Bob and I went backpacking in the north central Montana woods the Continental Divide.
We had an encounter with a bear. We both came out of it somehow.
This year is going to be a good summer, too.

Well, I haven’t been here that long so it had to be the first summer I was here in 2005. I love it here. I retired here from the Department of Veteran Affairs. I spend a lot of time at the oceanfront.
I love Bradley Beach.

Last summer we went to Costa Rica with the Stockton Women’s Soccer team. We did the zip line. It’s a steel cable that runs through the jungle. You’re way up there. We all did it. It was very memorable.
We did well in soccer there, too. It was a great experience playing with girls all over the world.
