The Question Is…
What would you say to John McCain if you were having lunch with him?
Edwin Martinez and Carmen Izquierdo, Bradley Beach

Healthcare for one. They should provide it for everyone who needs it. Things are hard enough without having to worry about healthcare.
Some people put off going to a doctor or hospital because they have to choose between paying the rent, eating or their health.
We shouldnt have to go without.

Id like to ask him about his military experience and how his son at war in the Mideast is doing with that. We dont hear much about him.

I would rather have lunch with McCain – Cindy McCain.
She owns a beer distributorship and Id like to know about the beer distributorship.

If he became president what would he do to stimulate the economy.
And the war – on my god!
Right now the economy is horrible. People cant afford to buy a home, cant afford to keep their homes.
No jobs; nowhere to work. And with the price of gas, you cant afford to go anywhere.

Pat Ford, Neptune City
Id talk about his war experiences and his wifes beer business.
She has quite a beer business.
Im going to vote for him. I like him. Id like to have lunch with him- he sounds like a fun guy.

Ray DeFario, Ocean Grove
I would like to talk about how he could use his 25 years of legislative experience to encourage and work with congress on productive legislation regarding the economy, the environment, energy and so forth.
Especially since the Congress will probably be controlled by the democrats.

Id probably want to talk about the economy. I think something has to be done.
Im a parent with two children. Its tough to make it with the prices of gas and food.
Everything has gone up, while the economy has gone down.

Were leaning toward McCain. We want to talk about his war experiences. We dont care much that hes running for president.
Its just a real piece of history.
