Holiday Cheer a fund-raiser for the Bradley Beach Chamber of Commerce, will be held at Giamano’s on Main Street Dec. 16.
The event will feature a selection of boutique wines from Giamano’s wine cellar, along with tastes of its gourmet food.
Tickets are $40 for the evening which will run from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m.
The chamber committee met at Giamano’s Tuesday night to discuss plans for the event, which will also feature a gift basket auction.
Other area chambers will be invited to the event, which is the first of its kind.
An ad journal will be available with a map of the various wine stations with room for tasting notes.
The featured wines will be available for sale at a discount by the bottle or case.
Steffan Manno, owner of Giamano’s said chamber members will be pouring the wines at the tasting stations.Professional importers of the wines will be on hand to answer questions and discuss which foods compliment each wine.
Proceeds from the event will benefit the chamber’s Main Street redevelopment efforts.
