The burglaries occurred in summer homes on Surf Avenue, Bath Avenue and Bethany Block, all of which are owned by the Ocean Grove Camp Meeting Association.

Someone entered the homes by forcing open windows in the rear of the homes.

No items have been reported missing from the homes.

Police went to the homes Tuesday at 11 a.m. after an employee of the Camp Meeting Association discovered one of the burglaries.

Residents are advised that the number of home and car burglaries often rise at this time of year.

The Police Department reminds all citizens to be vigilant and to report suspicious activity immediately by calling 9-1-1.

Police ask anyone with information about the crimes to contact Officer Jeremiah Clarke at (732) 988-8000.
