A longtime Bradley Beach resident wants borough officials to consider using Moby Mats to help make the beaches more accessible.
Marilyn Rosen of Monmouth Avenue handed out pictures of Belmar beach with Moby Mats, which are wide and allow for walking, wheelchairs and strollers.
Sand also goes through them easily.
“They are five feet wide and quite durable,” Rosen said.
