The Allenhurst Board of Education has hired Dr. Vito Gagliardi as a consultant to investigate options for the district regarding consolidation.
Gagliardi, a former Commissioner of Education, was hired at Monday night’s board meeting.
Gagliardi holds a bachelor’s degree in education and a master’s degree in administration from Kean University.
