Police in Neptune have released a sketch of a man they say carjacked a 1997 Honda after meeting with the owner of the car and taking a test drive.
The investigation is continuing and police are looking for anybody with information about the crime to contact Neptune Police Det. Michael Dugan at (732) 988-8000. (more…)
