What did you think of the debate?

I thought that both gentleman were fairly cordial. They addressed a lot of issues. They both have a sincere desire to help the country and I truly believe that. Senator McCain is better qualified at this point and time.
What do you think about the use of eminent domain?

We think its wrong to take someones property so someone else can build on it and make money off of it.
What do you think of Brett Favre coming to the Jets?

Toni: Im very upset because Im a Green Bay Packers fan from the 70s.
He came out of retirement to come to the Jets and bumped Pennington.
I dont think hes going to impact the team that much.
William: Its a good move. The Jets are really hurting, but this might be the right piece for the puzzle.
Should we drill for oil off the Jersey coast?

Were for it. We think we need it all, the solar, the wind.
Its all ok, but lets drill for now.
That in itself will help lower the prices somewhat.
Its too cold to swim in the ocean anyway.

Healthcare for one. They should provide it for everyone who needs it. Things are hard enough without having to worry about healthcare.
Some people put off going to a doctor or hospital because they have to choose between paying the rent, eating or their health.
We shouldnt have to go without.
What would you say to Barack Obama if you were having lunch with him?

We would like to ask him who hes going to pick for vice president.
That interests us.
We feel theres a little split in the party right now, and wed like to know how they are going to rectify that situation.
Should the government get involved with default mortgages?

I would say yes, reluctantly yes.
I dont think the government should get involved in failing businesses, but I think these businesses took advantage of borrowers. They made a lot of money off of huge mortgages and refinances. People didnt realize what they were getting themselves into.
A lot were taken advantage of just to sell the mortgage and make the commission.
What are some of your favorite summer spots?

We walk the boardwalk and the Fifth Ave. beach. We really enjoy strolling Cookman Ave.
We really like what�s going on in Asbury Park. The town is booming.
We support all the local restaurants.
We especially like the muffins at Twisted Tree on Cookman.
