He has worked in the food industry for many years including fine dining to catering and food services management at universities, including Princeton and Monmouth University and hospitals.
Orders of eight nutritious portioned gluten-free meals can be made on Sunday for Monday pickup.
The cost for eight meals is $100.
Payment may be made at pick up at Cave located at 515 Sylvania Ave.
