NEPTUNE TOWNSHIP – The Neptune Township Committee this week approved the use of the Township’s Municipal Marina and Riverside Park for River Concert 2013, a benefit concert for the families affected by Hurricane Sandy. The concert will feature performances by many local musicians and student groups.
Mayor Eric Houghtaling as well a members of the committee said they applaud the efforts of the Shark River Hills First Aid Squad, Fire Company, Fire Company Ladies Auxiliary, Property Owners Association and the many community volunteers who have partnered for this event which will be held on Sat., June 1 from noon
to 6 p.m.
