Marshall Sigman, Asbury Park - Yeah, i think he would. I think he showed good resolve during Sandy. He handled himself real well. He worked with President Obama in a very effective way. I like the way he presents himself during the State of the State address in Trenton. I can see him giving an excellent State of the Union address in Washington to Congress.
