Dr. Dale Whilden, president of the association, said the selection marks the culmination of a lengthy, in depth search.

“Our new COO exhibits an authentic commitment to Christ and brings an impressive record of combining business world savvy and ministry skills,” Whilden said.

Gradone has had 20 years of extensive experience in the business world prior to serving for 10 years in Executive Pastor positions. He comes to the Camp Meeting from an executive pastor role in a 3,000 member church and Christian school in Collierville, TN.

Gradone grew up in Monmouth County and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of West Florida.

Gradone and his wife, Cheryl, will be moving to Ocean Grove in November and look forward to being a part of the community, Whilden said. They have five adult children and four grandchildren.

Interim COO, Ralph del Campo, who has served OGCMA for 20 months, will be stepping down in early November.
