Lorraine Webster, Oakhurst - I do think it was a conspiracy. i just feel as though it was. I don’t know who the conspirators were, but i don’t think it was a lone person. I was a teenager when it happened. I always thought it was a conspiracy. I was in school at the time in Freehold.
