Anthony Notte, Tinton Falls - My most memorable Thanksgiving was the last time my mother and father tried to deep fry a whole turkey. It took all day. The house almost burned down, but we did it and it was delicious. From then on we almost always have fried turkey. It’s bigger, more tender and much more delicious.
