Ghost is a 1-year-old pup that was surrendered him to the shelter when his owners could not afford to treat his mange.
Even though he’s completely healthy now, Ghost was disheartened to be left here. Ghost loves people and one look in his soulful eyes will convince you of this sweet boy’s need to be loved. Ghost is always happy to be out with the staff or volunteers on a walk. He loves other dogs– he wants to meet and play with them all. Ghost is very appreciative of all the attention he’s now getting and we know he would love to find a family to be loved by. Ghost does know ‘sit’ and with a little training (he’s very food motivated), he’ll learn more and be the best pup possible. Yes, it’s true Desi looks like she was caught be surprise in this picture. And if there’s one thing Desi is full of…it’s surprises! Even though she is a puppy in a shelter, this doesn’t dampen this happy pup’s happy exuberance one bit. Funny, silly Desi was found as a stray and whatever she experienced has had ZERO effect on this perfect puppy. Desi is so much fun to play with you’ll put down Candy Crush to roll around on the floor with her and laugh at her antics. It’s well worth it! There is nothing in the world like watching Desi get into a play bow, while restraining her bounding puppy energy and doing her puppy crocodile chatter. She gets so excited she clicks her little teeth while inviting you to play. Desi is probably around 8-months-old and may be some sort Jack Russell Terrier mixed with some Beagle. It’s an adorable combination, dontchya think? Desi loves other dogs and would make an excellent addition to any family who needs a happy, friendly and incredibly silly puppy. Yep, we’re all jealous of this girl – she is gorgeous! Jealous (at top) is a 2-year-old longhaired grey tabby with the most amazing personality to match her stunning looks. She loves playing with other cats, all people and any attention that comes her way. She is a very outgoing gal! And if you have treats, well, you’ve got yourself a new best friend! Sometimes playing, sometimes just hanging, Jealousy is always friendly and confident. She was a stray who has been at the shelter since last fall. Hard to imagine since she’s such a perfect family cat. This beauty can be found in the free roam room playing, lounging and sleeping with all her feline friends.
