Linda Bloechl, Neptune -I did the polar plunge on Saturday, for the second time. I can tell you that the most important thing to take care of if you feel you are going to do a polar plunge. Wear watershoes and be prepared to dry off quickly.

Ryan Curran, Asbury Park - I workout at Killer Bee Combat Sports in Oakhurst. I eat at the local restaurants like Sunset Landing, Brickwall and the Bamboo Leaf. I stay local. I live in the Mirmar Building. I love it. Good heat. High efficiency. Great place.
