K. Hovnanian Homes, New Jersey’s largest homebuilder, has announced the opening of South Grand, a new collection of luxury townhomes being developed in the heart of Asbury Park. K. Hovnanian’s South Grand, located on Cookman Avenue at the intersection of Grand and Monroe Avenues.

It will feature 28 new, four-story townhomes and is another lynchpin in the ongoing waterfront redevelopment zone of the city.

The new homes at South Grand feature a neo-traditional, urban-inspired architectural design. Buyers will have a choice of two distinctive floorplans, with townhomes offering up to 2,974 square feet of luxurious living space including three to four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, rooftop terraces, generous loft space, and two-car garages. Pricing for the new homes, which is subject to change, starts from the upper-$400s.

South Grand homeowners will be just steps from popular downtown Asbury Park, which is invitingly walkable and home to a colorful mix of home design stores, trendy shops, art galleries, antique shops, popular restaurants, and laid-back cafes.

A short walk in the other direction and South Grand and homeowners will be on the world-famous Asbury Park boardwalk and magnificent beaches.

K. Hovnanian’s South Grand is now open every day from 10:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. The sales office is located at 200 Cookman Ave. and is easily accessible from the beach, the boardwalk, or downtown. Interested buyers and visitors are welcome to stop in any day of the week to view the floorplans of these unique new townhomes and to learn more about the limited, one-of-a-kind living experience available now at one of Asbury Park’s most in-demand new communities. For directions or more information, call 877-245-0771, or visit www.khov.com/SouthGrand.
