Plans for the renovations to the Fifth Avenue Pavilion on the Asbury Park boardwalk are underway as existing tenants vacate their spaces for other city spots.
Brielle Cyclery is moving to Main Street, Market at Fifth Avenue moved to Convention Hall and Style Rocket will move to the south end of the boardwalk. Criterion Candy moved to the Fourth Avenue Pavilion.
Carrie Turner, general manager of Real Estate Services for developer Madison Marquette, said a third application for changes to the roof top bandshell, has been submitted to the Technical Review Committee for approval.
Once an approval is given the plans will then be presented to the Planning Board.
“We really don’t have any plans right now. We are hoping to go before the board in the next couple of months,” Turner said.
Turner also said she is hoping work can begin in August.
