There will be at least two new members of the Bradley Beach Borough Council next year.
Incumbents Norman Goldfarb and Harold Cotler filed on Tuesday to run for re-election in November. Also filing were William Psiuk, Randy Bonnell and John Weber.
Two present council members, Thomas Volante and Salvatore Galassetti, decided not to run again.
Mayor Gary Engelstad will run for re-election unopposed.
All four council seats and the mayor’s post will be on the ballot in the nonpartisan election on Nov. 8.
Engelstad worked in management positions at the federal departments of Transportation and Treasury during the presidential administration of George H.W. Bush. He is currently an executive with Erickson Retirement Communities in Tinton Falls.

Cotler is a doctor of family medicine based in Wall. He is affiliated with Hackensack Meridian Health. He serves on the council’s revenue and finance committee, as well as fire and first aid.
Goldfarb was a member of the Jackson Township police force for 26 years, holding the rank of captain when he retired. He serves on the council’s police, fire and first aid, and public works committees.
