A memorial service for Milt Edelman of Bradley Beach. a well-known photographer, who died last month will be held at 7 p.m. May 11 at the Stephen Crane House in Asbury Park.
Born in Baltimore Edelman worked as a compositor setting up type at a printing business. When he was 21 he entered the U.S. Army in 1943 serving until 1945.
After the war he went to photography school and went to New York City.
He was hired as the photographer for Storyland Village which was in Neptune and then for Asbury Park’s Monterey Hotel.
The public is invited.
