An art exhibition celebrating the planet Earth is opening at the Jersey Shore Arts Center with a reception planned from 3 to 6 p.m. Sun., June 4.
The multi-media art exhibition titled This Great Earth” is inspired by the earth’s natural beauty. Works will be on display in the first, second, and third floor galleries of the Jersey Shore Arts Center throughout the summer of 2017. Works in the mediums of painting, photography, drawing, sculpture, wood, mixed media, fiber, stone and metal bring the outdoors in through the eyes of over thirty nature-inspired artists from Colorado, New Hampshire, New York City and the Jersey Shore.
All are welcome to tour the galleries of this historic landmark building, mingle over hors d’oeuvres and listen to original soul restoring scores and more by pianist David Ross Lawn.
Lawn will be featuring his newly released CD titled, “Songs of the Sun” . When you arrive, just follow the exquisite soundscapes from our entrance to the grand piano – you will find him there.
