Tinton Falls has hired a new Borough Clerk- Melissa A. Hesler, the former
Deputy Clerk in Middletown.
“I am very excited about this job and am looking forward to new path
myself. My duties are basically the same but process a bit different, so I
have a little learning curb but I will learn in time,” she said.
Hesler, 61, worked in Middletown for more than 20 years in several
positions, with about 10 years as the deputy clerk. She began her job in
Tinton Falls on Feb. 28 and will be paid an annual salary of $80,000. She
lives in Middletown.
Tinton Falls Deputy Clerk Doreen D’Annunzio held the clerk’s position
temporarily after former Clerk Maureen L. Murray left the job.
