Tickets are now available for the Greater Ocean Township Chamber of Commerce’s 31st Annual Comedy Night and Gift Auction Scholarship Fund.
The GOTCC event will be held on Fri., Sept. 14, at 6 p.m. at Ocean’s Buona Sera Palazzo.
This event is open to the general public and enables the Greater Ocean Township Chamber of Commerce to raise scholarship funds for community minded students of Ocean Township.
Tickets may be purchased individually or by table of 10. It’s a great event to celebrate an occasion, men’s or ladies’ night out, office get-together, etc. Most importantly, it has provided college scholarships to deserving high school seniors who have excelled in the area of community service.
The Master-of- Ceremonies for this comedy filled evening will be Lou Russo and Liz Jeressi, the hosts of “Lou and Liz in the Morning” from 94.3 The Point.
Uncle Floyd will be headlining the event and comedians, Jim Dailakis and Richie Byrne, will also be performing and spreading the laughs. The event will begin with a cocktail reception, mingling/networking, and gift auction viewing followed by a buffet dinner, dessert, and the show. Also included in the cost of the $70 per person ticket, will be unlimited beer, wine, soda.
Buona Sera Palazzo is located in the Banquet Hall of St. George’s Greek Orthodox Church, 1033 West Park Avenue, Ocean Township.
The GOTCC is currently accepting donations for their gift auction. Businesses looking to help who do not have a product or service to offer can purchase gifts in their name.
