As Asbury Park’s popularity grows so does its real estate prices with the Asbury Ocean Club Surfside Resort and Residences, 1101 Ocean Avenue, a prime example.
A lack of housing inventory often has realtors and prospective buyers complaining, but the offerings at the club will be strictly for high end buyers.
There are currently five condominiums on the market, all over a million dollars each ranging from $1,100,000 to $2,060,000.
There are three two bedroom homes and two three bedroom homes for sale with more to follow.
The square footage of the $1,100,000 home is 1160 with two bedrooms and two baths.
The highest priced unit has 1982 square feet and three bedrooms and three baths.
All of the condominiums have open concept floor plans and a modern look with 10 foot ceilings and patio doors opening to terraces and ocean views.
The $2,060,000 unit has a wrap around terrace and outdoor room included.
The monthly association fees range from $1,484 to $2,347.
The Ocean Club, a 17-story building, will have 54 hotel rooms available to the public and 130 condominiums when it is completed next year.
The club will also have a mezzanine with a public pool and many luxury amenities including resident and public parking.
The only other city condominium listed in the million dollar price range is a duplex penthouse in Wesley Grove on Cookman Avenue.
