Ocean Township Police Officer Dean Schoch arrested a woman and three men, all of Ocean Township, during a traffic stop on Deal Rd. near Route 18 on Feb. 17 at about 8:40 p.m.
Schoch approached the vehicle where the driver, Hannah Miller, 18, and her three passengers, Antonio Badillo, 20, Jasher Pena, 20 and Kavan Costello, 18, were identified.
He conducted an investigation finding a loaded .22 caliber handgun and a bottle containing an alcoholic beverage.
Badillo and Costello were found to be in possession of prescription medications Xanax and Adderal.
All four were charged with various firearm related offenses and possession of alcoholic beverages while under the legal age. Badilla and Costello were additionally charged with CDS related offenses. All were placed under arrest, processed and remanded to the Monmouth County Correctional Institution pending a future court appearance.
