The new date for the Neptune Mayor’s Charity Ball, which will benefit the Jersey Shore Dream Center, is Oct. 17.
Mayor Robert Lane said the 27th annual ball, under the banner “Find a Need and Fill It,” is scheduled to take place at Jumping Brook Country Club.
The Dream Center’s mission is to give hope to the hopeless, food to the hungry, clothes to the needy, and freedom in Christ Jesus to those bound by addiction.
The event annually lends financial support to organizations and efforts that make a difference locally. Lane is a strong supporter of local volunteer organizations, and the 2020 Mayor’s Charity Ball event will raise funds to help the Jersey Shore Dream Center continue to feed, clothe, and diaper those in need.
The ball runs from 7 to 11 p.m. and will include dinner, dancing, hors d’oeuvres, and an open bar. Tickets are $85, and must be purchased in advance.
Sponsorships for the event range from $5,000 Event Sponsor to $1,000 Silver Sponsor (all including an ad in the event journal, dinner tickets, and recognition at the dinner). Advertisements in the evening’s 5.5 x 8.5 ad journal range from $200 Full-Page to $125 Half-Page ads. Sponsors and ads are also displayed at a kiosk at the event!
