Short term rentals in Neptune, including apartments, hotel, motels, beds and breakfasts and any vacation rental such as Airbnb and Vrbo, will continue to be suspended through Mon., May 18.
The Township Committee made the announcement this week.
Rentals for 31 days or more will be permitted. Rentals for 30 days or less will not be permitted unless they are those qualified under the governor’s directive including medical, first responders and police personnel.
