A Neptune man was arrested on drug charges Sept. 23 following the execution of a search warrant by Neptune police on Monroe Avenue.
Police said after a lengthy narcotic distribution investigation, the Neptune Police Department’s Street Crimes Unit executed a search warrant at a residence on the 1500 Block of Monroe Avenue. Arrested during the warrant was resident Damyon McMillan, 42.
Seized during the investigation was more than 10 ounces of marijuana, edible marijuana candy, THC oil, drug packaging paraphernalia and $3,503 in US currency believed to be the profits of narcotic distribution.
McMillan was charged with possession of over 10 ounces of marijuana, possession with intent to distribute, possession with intent to distribute in park zone, possession of THC Oil, possession of edible marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
McMillan was transported to Monmouth County Correctional Institution pending a detention hearing in accordance with bail reform.
