County officials said they do not expect to have municipal election results completed before Nov. 9 or 10. The estimate is based on the fact it took nine days to count the first 200,000 ballots and there are another 160,000 to count as of Nov. 3.

They expect to issue daily updates on election results each day at approximately 6 p.m. until every ballot is counted.

With only 56 percent of the votes counted the morning of Nov 4. tallies showed the three incumbents were leading for three seats on the Asbury Park City Council.
