Seabrook, an Erickson Living-managed community in Tinton Falls, celebrated the grand opening of the Essex Pub in Town Square Nov. 23.
At the festive socially-distanced event, residents and staff toasted to the grand opening with the Essex Pub’s signature cocktail, the Seabrook Seabreeze, which was selected and crafted with the help of Seabrook’s Resident Advisory Council.
The Essex Pub currently offers a variety of menu options, including chicken tortilla soup, French onion soup, salads, quesadillas, and a variety of flatbreads such as cheese steak, Gouda and portabella, and BBQ chicken. Bar offerings include wine, beer, mixed drinks, specialty drinks, and frozen margaritas and daiquiris.
Essex Pub is open for dinner from 3:30 to 6:30 pm, by reservation only, and will evolve in the future to offer lunch service and a full service menu.
“We are thrilled the Essex Pub, our fourth dining venue on campus, is open for residents to enjoy,” said Executive Director Phil Jean. “The pub offers delicious food and drinks in a relaxed, cozy, and warm atmosphere.”
