Asbury Park officials said dumpsters will be available to Asbury Park residents at locations around the city on designated summer weekends from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. for bulk item and household garbage disposal.
Bulk items include furniture, mattresses, mirrors and more. No recycling, electronics or yard waste permitted. For bulk item requirements, recycling information, and details on electronics and yard waste disposal, visit www.cityofasburypark.com/dpw.
Officials said commercial use is prohibited. Dumpsters are for resident use only. No contractor or landscaper use permitted.
Dumpsters available for resident will be located July 16 and 17 Avenue A (south of Springwood Avenue); July 23 and 24 at Bond Street between Sunset and Fifth Avenues;
July 30 and 31 at 1201 Monroe Ave. (at Boys and Girls Club) and Aug. 6 and 7 at Grand Avenue (south of First Avenue).
