A ribbon cutting ceremony is scheduled for Thurs., Aug. 25 from 2 to 3 p.m. for Bradley Beach’s newest boutique hotel at 204 Third Ave.
Bradley Beach Mayor Larry Fox, Borough Council members, The Bradley Beach Alliance and other officials are scheduled to attend the ceremony at The James, a 118-year-old property that has been restored. into a 17-room boutique hotel. It features a 22-seat dining room and 24-seat private garden dining area that are opened to the public and guests for a unique Jersey Shore experience.
George DiStefano, the CEO, and founder of The James will be present with his family and friends for the ceremony.
