The Asbury Park Complete Streets Coalition will host a live candidates’ forum for the Asbury Park City Council and mayoral candidates Oct.10 at 7 p.m. at Blackbird Community Commons, 131 Atkins Ave., Asbury Park.
The forum venue has a capacity of 100. Attendees will be able to submit questions for the forum in advance by emailing the APCSC at apcompletestreets@gmail.com or in person at the event.
The event will be moderated by the League of Women Voters as well as Asbury Park reporter for The Coaster, Carol Gorga Williams, and Pastor Semaj Vanzant of Second Baptist Church in Asbury Park.
The candidates for mayor are John Moor, Sonja Mack and Felicia Simmons.
The candidates for City Council are Jesse Kendle and Angela Ahbez-Anderson
