Ocean Township police are investigating a burglary at a gas station on Asbury Avenue nov. 5, the second burglary to the business over the last few weeks.
Police said at approximately 5:30 am officers were dispatched to the Shell Gas Station on Asbury Avenue for a report of a burglary to the business. Upon arrival Officer Dane Richards met with the caller who reported that someone had forced entry to his business and removed cash from the safe.
Video surveillance was located and showed two suspects on scene during the burglary. The identities of the suspects are unknown at this time. Detective Steven Walker responded to process the scene.
