Ocean Township police are investigating a fatal motor vehicle crash Dec. 9.
Police said at approximately 8:30 am officers were dispatched to the area of Roller Road and Deal Road for a report of a motor vehicle crash involving a bicyclist. Upon arrival the officers determined that the victim was riding her bicycle when she was struck by a vehicle in the intersection.
The victim was transported to a local hospital where she ultimately succumbed to her injuries. If anyone was in this area during this time and witnessed the crash please contact Traffic Sergeant Alisa Martinez at 732-531-1800.
