April 15, 2023:
Main Street: Anthony S. Granato, (39) of Neptune was arrested and charged with Disorderly
Conduct after a field contact with police. Granato was found highly intoxicated in public and
became extremely disruptive during the interaction, as police attempted to identify him in an
effort to get him assistance. Ptlm. Sean Johnsen made the arrest.
April 16, 2023:
Evergreen Avenue: Mario Nunez-Jose, (40) of Asbury Park was arrested and charged with
Driving While Intoxicated and Assault by Auto after crashing into two parked cars which caused
his vehicle to overturn. There were several occupants in the vehicle with Nunez-Jose who
suffered serious injuries. Nunez-Jose was also issued several motor vehicle summonses related
to the incident and had an outstanding warrant from Ocean Township. Pltm. Justin Poblete
made the arrest.
An officer from our K-9 unit was deployed to assist Neptune Township PD for a track of a
missing person in Ocean Grove.
The Bradley Beach Police Department investigated five motor vehicle accidents and arrested
one subject on a Contempt of Court Warrant between April 11, 2023 and April 25, 2023.
