Asbury Park will be offering free Asbury Park Recreation Department Beach Access Cards to families of Asbury Park youth.
Beach cards will allow one parent/guardian to bring children ages five to 12 from their household (maximum of four children per adult) to Asbury Park beaches free of charge from Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. beginning Mon., June 26.
Registration and proof of residency is required. Beach Access Cards are limited to one card per household. Cards are valid starting June 26 through Labor Day and are not replaceable if lost or stolen.
Asbury Park Recreation Department Beach Access Card holders can access the beach of their choice by showing the card to the beach badge checker at any beach entrance Mon. to Fri. from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Register in-person at City Hall from 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. or register online at cityofasburypark.com/recreation.
Once registration is approved, Asbury Park Recreation Department Beach Access Cards can be picked up in-person at City Hall.
