Celebrating Juneteenth at the Midtown Commons Park in Neptune last weekend were Neptune resident Teretha Jones, portraying American seamstress and activist Elizabeth Keckley, Neptune resident Dr. Tujaim Berry and Asbury Park resident Lorraine Stone, portraying American abolitionist and social activist Harriet Tubman.
