A juvenile bald eagle will soon return to its home in Bradley Beach. Borough resident Jane DeNoble said the young eagle was “on the skinny side and was unable to fly.” With the help of the Bradley Beach Police Department and Dan Jacobs of the Monmouth County SPCA, the eagle was taken to an SPCA facility for rehabilitation.
