The Asbury Park Police Department made the following arrests Oct. 1 through Oct. 7.
- On Oct. 1 a 55-year-old male resident of Asbury Park was arrested in the area of the Transportation Center for a contempt of court warrant out of Manchester Township. The male was processed at headquarters and released on his own recognizance with a new court date. Patrolman Anthony Arancio was the arresting officer.
- On Oct. 1 a 57-year-old male resident of Middletown was arrested in the area of the 1800 block of Third Avenue and charged with defiant trespass. The male was processed at headquarters and released on a summons with a pending court date. Patrolman Dewitt Bacon was the arresting officer.
- On Oct. 1, a 33-year-old male resident of Brick Township was arrested in the area of the 100 block of Memorial Drive and charged with robbery, unlawful possession of a weapon, possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose, unlawful possession of a weapon by a person with a prior conviction and certain persons not to possess weapons. The male was processed and then transported to and secured at the Monmouth County Correctional Institution pending a court appearance. Detective Scott Ritter was the arresting officer.
- On Oct. 1 a 33-year-old male resident of Belmar was arrested in the area of the 100 block of Memorial Drive and charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. The male was also found to have multiple contempt of court warrants out of Brielle and Manasquan. The male was processed at headquarters and released on a summons for the Asbury Park charges and on his own recognizance with a new court date for the warrants. Patrolman William Lewis was the arresting officer.
- On Oct. 2 42-year-old male resident of Asbury Park was arrested in the area of the 1000 block of Main Street and charged with disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and harassment. The male was processed at headquarters and released on a summons with a pending court date. Patrolman Marc Caldwell was the arresting officer.
- On Oct. 3 a 67-year-old male resident of Middletown was arrested in the area of the 100 block of Memorial Drive and charged with burglary, criminal mischief and possession of burglary tools. The male was processed at headquarters and released on a summons. Patrolman William Whitley Arancio was the arresting officer.
- On Oct. 3 a 22-year-old male resident of Neptune was arrested in the area of the 10 block of Boston Way for a contempt of court warrant out of Neptune . The male was processed at headquarters and turned over to the Neptune Township Police Department. Detective Dillon Gourley was the arresting officer.
- On Oct. 3 a 26-year-old male resident of Toms River was arrested in the area of Prospect Avenue and Mattison Avenue and charged with unlawful possession of a weapon-handgun, three counts of prohibited weapons and devices-large capacity magazine, hollow point rounds, defaced firearm, certain persons not to possess weapons, obstruction of the administration of law and two counts of resisting arrest– by flight and resulting in officer injury. The male was also found to have a contempt of court warrant out of Lakewood. The male was processed at headquarters and then transported to and secured at the Monmouth County Correctional Institution pending a court appearance. Patrolman Lorenzo Pettway was the arresting officer. This incident involved numerous officers in both the investigation and detention of the defendant.
- On Oct. 4 a 27-year-old male resident of Asbury Park was arrested in the area of the 1300 block of Summerfield Avenue and charged assault. The was processed at headquarters and then transported to and secured at the Monmouth County Correctional Institution pending a court appearance. Patrolman Marc Caldwell was the arresting officer.
- On Oct. 4 a 34-year-old male resident of Asbury Park, NJ was arrested in the area of the 1400 block of Summerfield Avenue and charged disorderly conduct. The male was processed at headquarters and released on a summons with a pending court date. Patrolman Fidencio Flores was the arresting officer.
- On Oct. 5 a 35-year-old male resident of Asbury Park was arrested in the area of Cookman Avenue and Emory Street and charged with assault. The male was processed at headquarters and released on summons with a pending court date. Patrolman Joseph Swansinger was the arresting officer.
- On Oct. 5 a 38-year-old male resident of Asbury Park was arrested in the area of the 1000 block of Mattison Avenue Summerfield Avenue and charged with assault. The male was processed at headquarters and released on a summons with a pending court date. Patrolman Marc Caldwell was the arresting officer.
- On October 5, a 25-year-old female resident of Asbury Park, NJ was arrested in the area of the 10 block of Borden Avenue and charged with Assault. The female was processed at headquarters and released on a summons with a pending court date. Patrolman Islam Joshua was the arresting officer.
- On October 5, a 19-year-old male resident of Neptune, NJ was arrested at headquarters for a contempt of court warrant out of Asbury Park, NJ. The male was processed at headquarters and then transported to and secured at the Monmouth County Correctional Institution pending a court appearance. Patrolman Fidencio Flores was the arresting officer.
- On October 6, a 21-year-old female resident of Asbury Park, NJ was arrested in the area of the 500 block of First Avenue for a contempt of court warrant out of Old Bridge Township, NJ. The female was processed at headquarters and turned over to the Old Bridge Township Police Department. Patrolman Vincent Gargiulo was the arresting officer.
- On October 6, a 26-year-old male resident of Tobyhanna, PA. was arrested in the area of the 100 block of Memorial Drive and charged with Disorderly Conduct. The male was processed at headquarters and released on a summons with a pending court date. Sergeant Robert Champouillon was the arresting officer.
- On October 6, a 62-year-old male resident of Colts Neck, NJ was arrested in the area of headquarters and charged with Disorderly conduct. The male was processed at headquarters and released on a summons with a pending court date. Patrolman Dewitt Bacon was the arresting officer.
- On October 6, a 57-year-old female resident of Bronx, NY was arrested in the area of the 800 block of Drummond Avenue and charged with Obstructing the Administration of Law. The female was processed at headquarters and released on a summons with a pending court date. Patrolman Richard Thomas was the arresting officer.
- On October 7 a 45-year-old male resident of Asbury Park, NJ was arrested in the area of the 1100 block of Springwood Avenue for multiple contempt of court warrants out of Englishtown and Asbury Park, N. The male was processed at headquarters and released on his own recognizance with new pending court dates. Patrolman Matthew Buttermark was the arresting officer.
- On October 7, a 31-year-old male resident of Asbury Park, NJ was arrested in the area of the 1000 block of Bond Street for a contempt of court warrant out of Jersey City, NJ. The male was also found to be in possession of and charged a Controlled Dangerous Substance Crack Cocaine and Drug Paraphernalia. The male was processed at headquarters and turned over to the Jersey City Police Department. Officer Bryce Bradforth was the arresting officer.
- On October 7 a 57-year-old male resident of Middletown, NJ was arrested in the area of the 1200 block of Springwood Avenue and charged with Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance Crack Cocaine and Tampering with Evidence. The male was processed at headquarters and released on a summons with a pending court date. Patrolman Anthony Arancio was the arresting officer.
