On Oct. 7 Patrolman John Flanagan arrested a 56-year-old male from Neptune City on two outstanding warrants issued by the Monmouth County Sheriff’s Office and the Ocean Township Municipal Court. The subject was turned over to the Monmouth County Sheriff’s Office.
On Oct. 10 Patrolman Adam Hubeny arrested a 34-year-old female from Neptune for shoplifting and possession of drug paraphernalia; subsequent to a shoplifting investigation at Super Stop and Shop. The subject also had an outstanding warrant issued by the Ocean Township Municipal Court. The subject was processed and turned over to the Ocean Township Police Department.
On Oct. 12 Patrolman John Flanagan arrested a 39-year-old male from Neptune for disorderly conduct. The subject was processed and released on a summons pending a future court date.
On Oct. 14 Patrolman Cole Emmons arrested a 33 year old female on an active warrant issued by the Township of Cinnaminson Municipal Court. She was additionally charged with Disorderly Conduct, Resisting Arrest, and Obstruction of Justice. She was processed and committed to the Monmouth County Correctional Institution.
Despite these charges, all subjects are presumed innocent, until found guilty beyond a reasonable doubt, following a trial at which the defendant has all the trial rights guaranteed by the United States Constitution and New Jersey State Law.
